One characteristic of our martial arts classes is that everyone can practise(煉功) together regardless of age, gender and experience with martial arts. Originally the mastery of Shaolin temple martial arts requires as a general principle strong body and mind through gruelling training starting at an early age. The practitioners peak in their teenage or early twenties and real mastery of the arts at a later age is said to be difficult. However, master Qin discerns that martial arts with internal training (qigong) have a greater depth and potentials and is running these martial arts classes by means of opening its door wide as the place to practise and master such arts. In reality people from our Association who took part in international contests had no experience with martial arts, were in their thirties and forties and female who are generally considered at a disadvantage, but all the same they all achieved fantastic results.
